1. General Information

1.1 Website Ownership: This website (Rudraalaya.com) is owned and operated by Rudraalaya Foundation (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) (Sujeet Singh / Sujeet Singh HUF / AdMagneto Media LLP and Managing Partners at AdMagneto Media LLP).

1.2 Website Usage: By using our website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

1.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes. Please review these terms periodically.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Information: All products listed on our website, including spiritual items such as Nepali Rudraksha beads, Gemstones, Yantras, idols, and Pooja samagri, are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, dimensions, weights, or other details of our products.

2.2 Custom Orders: Some items are custom-made (such as personalized Yantras or consecrated items, Sampoorna Siddha mala). For such items, specific terms regarding lead time, delivery, and customization will apply.

2.3 Consecrated Items: Certain items offered on Rudraalaya.com, such as consecrated Yantras and Rudrakshas, hold spiritual significance and are handled with respect. These items cannot be exchanged or returned once used or activated, as their spiritual integrity must be maintained.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing errors, or fraud detection.

3.2 Pricing: Prices for all products are listed on the website and may be subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error in pricing occurs, we will notify you, and you may either proceed with the adjusted price or cancel your order.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway providers. We do not store payment information.

3.4 International Orders: Orders outside India may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Locations: We ship our products to most locations globally. However, some countries or regions may have restrictions or additional shipping costs. Please check our shipping policy.

4.2 Shipping Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or shipping carrier issues.

4.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the products. Free shipping offers may be available for certain orders and regions.

4.4 Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

4.5 Delayed or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost in transit. In such cases, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. If your product is insured you would be issued a replacement or complete refund upon investigations in such cases.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy: Returns and Exchanges are only allowed in the Gemstones category if purchased online within 4 days of purchase. A stone can be exchanged but the purchase can never be cancelled on condition the stone should not be damaged, made or built into a ring or ornament and should not be consecrated or worn by the purchaser. Even after purchase if you do not like the stone within 4 days you can return the item and exchange it for a better or higher quality gemstone in the same condition and similar category. However, we request you to please take an astrological consultation before you plan to buy any Gemstones.

5.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@rudraalaya.com with your order details. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the item. The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged under the Mercury products category. We do not accept returns on sold products except select items under the gemstones category (refer to 5.1) or Parad Shivalingam/Parad Shree Yantras if they are damaged during shipping. Items must be returned within 3-4 days of delivery in their original packaging. Certain spiritual items, such as consecrated Yantras or used Rudraksha, are non-returnable. Please refer to our detailed Shipping and Returns policy for further information. 

5.3 Mercury Products Damaged or Defective Items: Mercury products If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product. We will replace or refund the item based on your preference. (Parad Shivalingams, Nandi Figurine, Shri Yantra, Parad Gutika) may face shipping restrictions. We will have to check with our shipping partners before dispatch every time. Any broken items must be insured to qualify for an exchange. 

5.4 Clarification: Please check before ordering mercury products from our website. Mercury (Parad) products are not allowed on most air cargo. If we see any hurdles before shipping to other countries we may process your complete refund within 10-15 working days to the original payment method. Mercury products (Parad Shivalingam, Nandi Figurine, Shri Yantra, Parad Gutika) are very soft and made out of liquid mercury after shodhan for months in the juice of belpatra and using bhasma of silver, any mishandling during shipping or after purchase due to slippage can break the product. We do not take any responsibility for breaking if the product is not insured during shipping. If your product is insured we will exchange the mercury products within 15 days of shipping if broken for an extra fee of exchange of $50 (shipping and handling charges). This policy is only applicable to International Orders. For Indian / Nepal / Tibet customers the extra exchange fees will be decided on the value of the purchase item for which they will have to enquire within 4 days of receiving the package. If any  Indian / Nepal / Tibet customers will be asking for an exchange after 4 days of receiving a mercury product consignment the product shall not be exchanged as any concentrated mercury product cannot be remanufactured as per Hindu shastra and if you break the product by slipping it, it is damage done to the article by yourself. We request you to please make a video of the box opening for all Shivalingams and Mercury Products.

5.5 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.6 Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipping within 24 hrs of placing the order. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be provided for eligible cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Rudraalaya.com or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Use of Content: You are granted a limited access and use the website for personal ordering / non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranties: All products and services on the website are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

7.2 Liability: We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
