Summary & Ravan’s relation to Lord Brahma (Importance of 4 Mukhi in a Siddhamala)
The Four Mukhi Nepali Rudraksha is a powerful bead with numerous benefits, including increased mental acuity, improved speech, fame, enhanced concentration, and memory. Whether worn or worshipped, this sacred bead is a valuable tool for anyone seeking to improve their mental and intellectual abilities, as well as their overall success and well-being. Wearing or meditating with this bead is said to invoke the blessings of Lord Brahma, facilitating creative abilities, wisdom, and intellect.
It is written in the ancient book “Ravan Samhita” that Ravana (original name Dashagriva later given name by Lord Shiva as Ravan means He-Who-Roars) meditated on Lord Brahma for 9000 years to get the boon of immortality, he asked “O mighty Brahma, may I never obtain death at the hands of Devas, Asuras, Yakshas, Gandharvas, Rakshasas, and Nagas.” and took Lanka “the divine city of Gold” from his elder stepbrother Kuber after requesting him to vacant Lanka which belonged to “asuras” and his nana (grandfather) Sumali. Ravana’s father Vishrava, a famous rishi, was the son of Sarswat Brahmin Rishi Pulastya, one of Brahma’s tenth “mind-born” sons (mans putra) and Prajapati’s.
Ravana’s father Vishrava was one of the Saptarishi or “the Seven Great Sages during the age of Manu”. It is said that Ravana was an amid devotee of Shiva like his father and most learned in Shiksha, vidya, kala, politics, shashtra learned in Vedas, shastra, tantra, mantra and Yantra siddhis, he was a master of warfare and music considered the most powerful in his times. He was half Brahmin and half Asura due to his Asura mother Kaikasi. Ravana’s 10 heads symbolize the Six Shastras and Four Vedas, He was considered the most learned, intelligent, powerful and ferocious in his times. He later became “the king of rakshasas” and is depicted with 10 heads and 20 arms, which lent him the name “Dashanan”.
According to the Shree Shiva Mahapurana, Ravan wore a siddhamala and many rudrakshas, however, Lord Shiva gave Ravana a 27-faced rudraksha, or satyais-mukhi, to grant him immortality and fulfil his desires after he worshipped him for 100 years he gave him his entire life span which he has spent back as he requested with an astra (weapon) called “Chandrahas Khadak, he “The Lord Shiva” himself named him “Ravana”. The bead is said to have disappeared into the earth when Ravana was killed by Lord Rama (an avatar of Lord Vishnu in Human Form).
People who claim Ramayana, Lord Ram and Ravana are myths they should know. Ravana was born in Bisrakh village near Noida, U.P. (now in India), which is now known as Bisrakh, Jalalpur, a village in the Greater Noida West, region of Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India. Here people worship Lord Shiva’s Magical Shivlingam in the same temple where Ravan’s father worshipped and established the Shivalingam [he found a svayambhu shivalingam with 8 faces {octagone}, which is more than thousands of years old (approx 11,000+ years)] this place is now called “Bisrakh Dhaam” he (Ravana) spent his childhood in this same village on the soil of Bharat (now India). No one till date celebrates Dussehra or organises Ram Leela here in this village and observes a 9-day shok (grief) to give peace to Ravans Atma (soul), his old childhood home is still here.
It is also believed that Bisrakh Temples Shivalingam is mystical and has no end as many archaeological excavations have failed in past. And here is an underground tunnel which was not 100% explored but is believed to be connected to Dudheshwar Mahadev Temple in Ghaziabad which is a Swayambhu Historic Shivalingam found 3,489+ years back as per Vikram Samvat Hindu Calender. Famous Tantrik Chandraswami got this temple digging done but never found an end to this Shivalingam he found a rare 24 Mukhi Shankh which he took away with him as claimed in some news articles.
Hence, this could be assumed that one with the linage of Lord Brahma, blessed by the Lord Shiva himself became an almighty with his blessing and his devoted sadhana, henceforth, anyone who meditates to Brahma/Shiva with 4 Mukhi Kantha and Siddhamala can get similar results in knowledge, wit and desires.
