1. Eligibility: We are exclusively seeking applications from Hindu Brahmin or Hindu Religious Vedic counsellors. Please ensure that your qualifications and experience align with this criterion.

2. Registration and Platform Access: All registered consultants will be assigned a unique ID (e.g., ASTROCULT:001) and your profile will be created on www.bookapandit.online, a trademark platform owned by Rudraalaya.com. By submitting this form, you authorise our technical, finance, and legal teams to conduct a due diligence process before granting access to both our platforms.

3. Membership Categories: Select one or up to three categories that best describe your expertise, we have expert consulting on 13 criteria: (insert check box select any 5)

4. Fees and Contractual Terms: The financial aspects, including revenue sharing, platform fees, annual membership, and renewal charges, will be discussed in detail by our legal team. An annual digital contract will be issued via our authorised email upon completion of the registration process to be digitally signed by you.

5. Profile Visibility and Fees: Fees accepted by us will be held in escrow and released according to the prescribed rate. Platform and annual membership fees will be deducted from your first three payments to ensure visibility on our platform for one year. Failure to renew three months prior to expiration will result in automatic suspension. Reinstatement requires full advance payment.

6. Billing and Payment: Weekly invoicing for services rendered is required via our platform. Payments will be processed within 10-12 working days, and any discrepancies should be reported through our ticketing system for resolution within 24-48 hours. 18% GST is applicable on all service categories, TDS applicable is deducted at source before forwarding any payments.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Client Interaction: Direct solicitation of clients referred by us is prohibited. All interactions must be conducted through our platform.
  • Ethical Standards: All meetings will be recorded. Violation of our ethical standards, including solicitation or use of foul language, will result in suspension or permanent banning from our platform.
  • Substance Use: Consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, or drugs is strictly prohibited. Profiles will be banned if such practices are discovered or reported especially applicable for vedic pooja brahmins. (Not applicable to online astrologers, tantrik (aghoris) and other vastu and numerology categories, this policy is only applicable to brahmins offering vedic pooja, Mantra deeksha and Marriages and “PraanPrathishat” of Idols or Shivalingam at home/offices temples etc.)

8. Legal Compliance: Any fraudulent activity, false representation, or malicious allegations towards the platform will be addressed with strict legal measures, including potential legal suits or FIRs.

(Note: A minimum of 10 – 12 working days are required to research your profile. A minimum of 2 to 3 Interviews are required with a technical test on Horachart and Vedic analysis. Based on evaluation a 6 hrs workshop is organised for final onboarding. At the Training workshop, you are provided with high tea only. You are requested to travel and do lodging and breakfast before you join the program. You are required to take your medication like high BP / Sugar etc. before sitting for any training/induction program. The dress code for all meetings is formally white. You should also share your blood group, and emergency response number with your name so that our team can assist you in case of any medical issues or mishaps. This procedure is to care for all our consultants and community members. In future we may be bringing multiple benefits such as Group insurance policy, Health / General Insurance Benefits, Rewards and Recognition for the registered consultants with us.)

Social Media Restrictions for Consultants

As a consultant with Rudraalaya Foundation, it is imperative to adhere to the following social media guidelines to maintain the integrity and reputation of our platform:

1. No Direct Solicitation:

  • Consultants are prohibited from directly soliciting or contacting clients who have been referred through our platform. All client interactions must be conducted exclusively through the Rudraalaya platform.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • Consultants must not share any client details, including emails, phone numbers, or addresses, on social media or any other public forum. This includes not disclosing any information that could potentially identify or affect clients’ privacy.

3. No Unauthorised Promotions:

  • Consultants must not promote or advertise their services or products on social media platforms or other websites without prior authorization from the Rudraalaya Foundation. All promotions must align with our approved marketing strategies.

4. Ethical Conduct:

  • Consultants are required to adhere to ethical standards in their social media presence. This includes avoiding the use of foul language, making derogatory remarks, or engaging in any form of negative or harmful communication about our platform, its employees, or other consultants.

5. No Substance Abuse or Unethical Behaviour:

  • Consultants must not post or endorse content related to non-vegetarian food, alcohol, or drug use. Any such posts or endorsements discovered will result in immediate review and possible suspension from the platform.

6. No Malicious Allegations:

  • Consultants are strictly prohibited from making malicious allegations or defamatory statements about Rudraalaya Foundation, its employees, directors, or any associated consultants on social media. Legal action will be taken against anyone found violating this policy. If you face any issue with our systems or employees you should immediately report or escalate your issues to support@rudraalaya.com.

7. Professional Conduct:

  • Consultants must maintain a professional demeanour in all social media interactions. Posts that reflect poorly on the consultant’s professionalism or Rudraalaya Foundation will be subject to review and may result in disciplinary action.

8. Reporting and Compliance:

  • Any violations of these social media restrictions should be reported to the Rudraalaya Foundation immediately. Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to suspension or termination of your association with our platform.

9. Review and Audits:

  • Rudraalaya Foundation reserves the right to periodically review consultants’ social media activity to ensure compliance with these restrictions. Consultants must cooperate with any such reviews or audits.

Acknowledgement of Social Media Restrictions:

By accepting these social media restrictions, consultants agree to abide by all guidelines outlined above. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your services with Rudraalaya Foundation.

Important Notes:

  • Membership is valid for 01 years from the date of the registration approval.
  • Registered Astrologers / Pandits / Consultants do not have any form of legal ownership or representation of the trust/platform.
  • Registered Astrologers / Pandits / Consultants / Members/volunteers are not permitted to represent the trust legally or socially unless invited by our Trustees or Main Founder.
  • Unauthorised representation will lead to immediate revocation of membership and termination and suspension from our platform.
  • Fundraising is strictly controlled and must be authorised by the Founder or designated trustees. No Registered Astrologers / Pandits / Consultants are allowed to do any kind of fundraising or Donations activity or asking any money from the clients directly on behalf of Rudraalaya.com or its brands or trying to represent our staff/consultants if found doing so your unauthorised representation will lead to immediate revocation of membership and termination and suspension from our platform and forfeiture of you funds lying in our escrow as fiducial penalty.

Platforms Benefits and Offers:

  • 10%-15% discount on select items from the website. This is applicable on all items collectively on a minimum order value of 10,000/- in Nepali rudraksha for self-use. On all brass articles, a minimum 15% discount is applicable for self-use. For orders exceeding 100 orders per year, a flat 10% rate will be applicable.
  • 10% referral fees on consultations and selling any products to a client listed on our platform at rudraalaya.com within 90 days of receiving your consultation and astrological report such products could be Nepali Rudraksha, Brass Idols, Gemstones, matchmaking and marriage services.
  • The 10% referral cashback is only payable only on orders or goods valued a minimum of 15,000/- INR ($198) within 90 days of specific consultations this will be visible under the customers tagged under your ID.
  • If a client returns within 180 days and is looking for a re-consultation and you upsell more items another 10% will be released on every new sale.
  • All such payments will be adjusted within a minimum of 30 – 45 days of the sale.

At Rudraalaya.com, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.

  1. Countries We Do Not Ship To: We do not accept orders from or deliver to Pakistan, China, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and Ukraine. If an order is mistakenly placed/picked up on our website from any of these countries, it will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded within 10-15 working days to the original payment method. We kindly request that you refrain from placing orders from these locations. We regret the inconvenience and inability to ship at these locations currently.
  2. Payment Methods: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. However, you may choose to pay via EMI through our payment gateways, RazorPay or CC Avenue. All credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers are accepted via payment gateways and dedicated invoices for bank remittance via NEFT, RTGS and EEFT Telegraphic Wire Transfer (Remittances) from global locations.
  3. Insurance for Valuable Products: Insurance is mandatory for all products valued above INR ₹2,500 ($33) or equivalent in GBP or AED. The insurance fee will be added at checkout along with courier charges. Please verify the availability of the bead and the maximum insured value via WhatsApp before placing your order. For High-Value Nepali Rudraksha, Gemstones, or Indian Brass idols, consider pre-booking for video or physical verification.
  4. Order Verification: After placing an order, we will share a photograph and video of the specific Rudraksha bead with you. The product you receive will be the one selected from these visuals, not necessarily identical to the image on our website. We only accept orders for one or two beads per category at a time in your shopping cart. Bulk orders in any category of listed items will be automatically rejected. (*we try putting the date (dd/mm/yyyy) of procurement/production). For antique/rare products we provide a Certificate of Origin, we also provide laboratory reports and carbon dating reports at an extra charge in a span of 21 days from the pre-order for brass / antique articles / and high-value Rudraksha (One and 14 Mukhi onwards upto 26 Mukhi) only.
  5. Returns and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, no returns or cancellations are allowed in the Rudraksha and Brass idols category specifically. We recommend consulting with our astrologers or Acharyas via a paid consultation before purchasing any kind of products or services listed on our website.   6. Returns and Exchanges: Returns and Exchanges are only allowed in the Gemstones category if purchased online within 4 days of purchase. A stone can be exchanged but the purchase can never be cancelled on condition the stone should not be damaged, made or built into a ring or ornament and should not be consecrated or worn by the purchaser. Even after purchase if you do not like the stone within 4 days you can return the item and exchange it for a better or higher quality gemstone in the same condition and similar category. However, we request you to please take an astrological consultation before you plan to buy any Gemstones.
  7. Product Selection Method and Personalization Experience Efforts: Products in the image on the website can have one or multiple beads, after placing your order as per our Personalization Experience Efforts Program over WhatsApp we share you photograph and video of the Rudraksha bead so that you can select one bead for yourself and then we ship a particular bead/mala with a certificate of authenticity with original product photograph and country of origin certificate having the measurement and weight of the rudraksha/ gemstones or rare products articles. Hence, the original products you get in hand will be the ones which we have shared with you before shipping not exactly as the same shown on the website as each category can have 3 to 4 varieties and multiple beads varying from 10 to 30 pieces in a lot. You can only order one or max two beads at a time of order, if you are trying to place any bulk order in a category or *a high-value order from the website that would be automatically be rejected as we only sell to individuals for personal use.
  8. International Shipping, Insurance and Charges: Shipping outside India incurs additional charges based on location and must include insurance for items valued above INR ₹2,500 ($30). For orders above INR ₹50,000 ($650) and up to INR ₹476,190 ($5,800), we use trusted global partners such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, and ShipRocket. High-value orders exceeding certain limits are delivered personally by our employees/promoters.
  9. What are High-Value Orders ?: Orders valued above INR ₹4,40,800 ($5,800) up to INR ₹2.5 Cr ($328,947) are delivered in person by our employees. Pre-booking is mandatory and required, with 95% advance payment upon invoice. Delivery time varies based on the location, with balance payments made upon delivery.
  10. High-Value Order deliveries explained: High-value orders at a certain limit can’t be insured by delivery partners hence are delivered by us directly. For High-Value Orders above INR ₹4,40,800/- ($5800/-) up to INR ₹ 2.5 Cr ($ 3,28,947/-) we deliver the order ourselves in person via our Personalization Experience Efforts and Concierge Program and mostly our founders/ promoters/senior employees meet for such deliveries directly with our HNI / UHNI Priority and Premium Customers. You are requested to check with us directly before placing the high valuables order via the website. Such orders are only pre-booked via the website as a mandatory process for verification and upon product verification by the client invoiced separately for 95% advance payment and delivered to prominent air routes in India within 7 -10 days and out of India in the UAE Region between 9-10 days and for other specific countries between 20-30 days maximum based on visa and tickets availability. Upon delivery, a balance of 5% of the invoice should be cleared in hand. For Deliveries in the UK, USA, Europe and Russia minimum High-Value Orders value should be INR ₹ 15.00 Lacs ($19,737/-). For transit and tax reasons, all international in-person deliveries as per Personalization Experience Efforts and Concierge Program are by default charged a delivery fee of INR ₹ 2.0 Lacs ($2632/-) shall be charged extra.
  11. We have Priority Pass Express Deliveries: For high-value international orders exceeding INR ₹15.00 Lacs ($19,737), as per our Priority Pass Express Delivery Program with an extra delivery fee of INR ₹4.0 Lacs ($5,263) products can be made available at your doorstep globally under Personalization Experience Efforts and Concierge Program. Payments for such orders must be made via wire transfer to our EEFC Bank Remittance Accounts at ICICI Bank. More clarification, For High-Value International Priority Deliveries for any article above INR ₹ 15.00 Lacs ($19,737/-) for maximum order value up to INR ₹ 2.5 Cr ($ 3,28,947/-) our Priority Pass Express Delivery Program is applied with in-had delivery at a nominal fee of INR ₹ 4.0 Lacs ($5263/-) shall be charged extra above the total order value, all priority deliveries can be done in maximum 10 days from order upon receipt of 95% advance of order value. All payments for High-Value International Priority Deliveries and Orders with delivery charges are required to be paid in EEFC Bank Remittance Accounts of ICICI Bank India via wire transfer. We can only receive wire transfers in USD, GBP and AED currencies.  You need to check before booking a Priority Pass Express Delivery for high-value articles. Priority Pass Express Delivery Program are only available for High-Value International Order for NRIs and Global Residents in the United Kingdom / the United States of America / the United Arab Emirates / Switzerland / Japan / South Korea / Taiwan / Singapore / Australia / Austria / Italy / France / Mauritius / Malta / Moscow / Rome / Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Amsterdam / Germany / Qatar / Canada as of now. Rest locations need to be treated under Personalization Experience Efforts and Concierge Program delivery cycles of a minimum 25-35 days. Please note all High Values in hand deliveries are only made to prominently connected air route terminals and cities in India / globally. Remote location deliveries are not possible at the moment. At any International location, our delivery person (such as founders/ promoters/senior employees) will wait for delivery for a maximum of 2 or 3 days before travelling back.
  12. GST and Taxation Applicability: GST (Goods and Services Tax of India) is applicable on selected items and shipping charges within India at the current rate. International shipments may incur additional customs and tax charges as per the destination country’s regulations and the shipping partner’s country of origin. Explained: as In India, we need to add 18% GST and Shipping charges before you check out on selected articles such as brass idols, modified Rudraksha Mala / Siddhamala with gold or silver caps or chains or customization requests etc. and any kind of consultation services, astrological consultations or pooja booking services, such products from our website during checkout in India will deduct 18% GST on selected items.
  13. GST Clarification on Rudraksha and Pooja Items: Any Rudraksha bead or pre-built jap mala sourced from Nepal is exempted from GST tax. Any kind of modification or building of a mala in gold or silver articles will attract 18% GST in India only. No GST is applicable on Rudraksha Beads, Natural Shivalingams and Pooja Samagari. GST is applicable extra for India for all kinds of consultation services.
    1. Insurance & Direct Deliveries: Any product below or equivalent to a value of  INR ₹ 2,500/- INR ($33) and weight below 250 gms will have free delivery within India. It is mandatory to add insurance on all products above  INR ₹ 2,500/- ($33) value in India / overseas to a maximum value up to INR ₹4,76,190/- ($5800) as the products have very nominal margins due to high prices and rare commodities and this is the maximum value insured from our delivery partner. Within Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram and U.P. Region in India, we will do doorstep in-hand delivery on high-value products only without any shipping partner. You are requested to check with us directly before placing the high valuables order via the website or WhatsApp. Such orders can be delivered in 3 to 5 days or can be collected from our Greater Noida West / Noida / Gurugram Offices
  • Your Normal Product delivery via a shipping partner can vary from 5 to 10 days within India and 7 to 14 days if shipped globally for all the articles falling below High-Value orders. GST @18% is applicable on all shipping charges and insurance etc. by the shipping companies / or by us as per in-hand delivery based in India which will be auto-calculated at the time of checkout / custom-generated invoices. We understand there could be a slight minor variance in your purchase value however, we recommend and request you to book a safe package to ensure a delivery with full safety kept in mind as articles are very premium and in case of missing articles / lost in dispatch it would be the responsibility of the shipping partner to ensure delivery or refund the whole amount of insured article as per the company policy.   • Free items with every order / Bulk Order for Pooja Booklets: A free prayer book (Pooja Pustika) is shipped with every order worth INR ₹1051/- (USD $14) and Pooja Bhasma sourced from Kashi Vishwanath Temple is shipped with every shivlingam along with pooja pustika from our side as a moral duty towards our community [value INR ₹ 651/- (USD $9)]. If you want to buy authentic Nepali Rudraksha as a fashion accessory as worn in China, Japan and Korea you should avoid them as with wearing an Original Nepali Rudraksha you need to follow many rules and change your daily personal and social habits. We suggest you take a consultation before buying one. If you consume alcohol and non-veg food you will have to remove Rudraksha from your body, and you are requested to avoid wearing them to such places where you consume such things. You cannot wear a Rudraksha while sleeping with your partner or doing any sexual activity. Girls / Women during menstrual periods should remove Rudraksha during that particular week for 5-7 days. You are asked to abstain from doing so as per religious books and Vedas and maintain the sanctity of Holy Rudraksha at all times. Arbitration shall be conducted in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR/Noida, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Costs of arbitration will be shared equally or as decided by the arbitrator. Any legal disputes caused due to delay in shipping or loss of packages from the shipping company would be enquired with due diligence and valid proof before making any documented commitment/email to the purchaser. In case of loss of the shipped package by the Insurance shipping company/partner, they will refund the value of the purchase as insured as per the process. Despite the fact that due to any unfavourable circumstances if any dispute arises we recommend arbitration as a legal recourse initially if we can not resolve the dispute with any amicable discussion. Trademark and Management: Rudraalaya (its websites, trade name, and Logo Art with device) is a registered trademark of Shree Sujeet Singh (under Class 3, Class 6, Class 14, Class 35, Class 45) / (Sujeet Singh HUF Proprietorship Business) under 5 different classes of Trademark Act. If it is found that our trademark (Rudraalaya / Rudraalaya.com / .in) mark is being infringed, we can take legal action against such parties globally in any country. If infringement is proven, a court can order the defendant to stop using the mark and may also award monetary damages to Rudraalaya and its promotors. Specifically on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or any such social media platforms any unauthorized use of our trademark Rudraalaya can also lead to fines, website/videos takedown and prison time as permissible by court of law. We do not have any physical store anywhere in India except Greater Noida West as of now and we only sell all our articles via two websites www.rudraalaya.com / www.rudraalaya.in all users are requested to verify the URLs before making any purchases. We do not call or sell products via any stores in India / abroad.   4. Mercury Products: Mercury products (Parad Shivalingams, Nandi Figurine, Shri Yantra, Parad Gutika) may face shipping restrictions. We will have to check with our shipping partners before dispatch every time. Any broken items must be insured to qualify for an exchange. Clarification: Please check before ordering mercury products from our website. Mercury (Parad) products are not allowed on most air cargo. If we see any hurdles before shipping to other countries we may process your complete refund within 10-15 working days to the original payment method. Mercury products (Parad Shivalingam, Nandi Figurine, Shri Yantra, Parad Gutika) are very soft and made out of liquid mercury after shodhan for months in the juice of belpatra and using bhasma of silver, any mishandling during shipping or after purchase due to slippage can break the product. We do not take any responsibility for breaking if the product is not insured during shipping. If your product is insured we will exchange the mercury products within 15 days of shipping if broken for an extra fee of exchange of $50 (shipping and handling charges). All Mercury Products (Parad Shivalingam, Nandi Figurine, Shri Yantra, Parad Gutika) are subject to airlines and customs clearance before shipping, we should check with our shipping partners in case mercury idols or mercury shivalingams are not allowed on most of the air cargo, we may ship it via sea route (shipping vessels) and this can take minimum 12 to 20 days. However, post shipping if any such goods are held by customs at the port of the country where it was supposed to be delivered we may not take any responsibility of refund or getting a customs clearance.
