Please note the following guidelines regarding our products and services:
- We do not sell natural healing stones or crystals or reiki stones.
- We specialize in rare precious and semi-precious stones, available after astrological consultations only.
- Our gemstones are not available for purchase online via our website.
- We do not accept payments for very high-value rare rudrakshas, natural, and rare gemstones via our payment gateway.
- Natural and rare gemstones can be purchased through video verification or physical verification at our store / wharehouse located in Greater Noida West.
- Payments for high-value rare rudrakshas, natural, and rare gemstones up to ₹2,00,000 (USD 2381) can be made via UPI in India or our merchant payment card machine.
- Payments for high-value rare rudrakshas, natural, and rare gemstones above ₹5,50,000 (USD 6548) can be made via bank transfers (RTGS, NEFT, EEFC) globally to our Indian bank accounts with proper invoices and banking details once shared. Payment collection links can also be shared with international clients upon request before making a purchase or for Pre-Booking.
- General lab certification from local Indian labs costs ₹550 (USD 6.55) to ₹750 (USD 8.93) and is charged with every sale of natural and rare gemstones.
- High-value products such as rare natural gemstones (e.g., natural diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire, opal, alexandrite, tanzanite, malachite, tourmaline, painite, red beryl, natural pearl, and lab-grown diamonds) can be certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute), GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGLI (International Gemological Laboratories & Institute, New Delhi), Only. Certification costs range from INR 9500 (USD 113.10), INR 6500 (USD 77.39) and INR 4550 (USD 54.17) respectively and are charged extra before purchase. These fees are non-refundable.
- Goods once sold cannot be returned. However, in the gemstone category, they can be replaced for a higher value within four days, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
- Returns and exchanges are available for gemstones only if initiated within four days of purchase. The gemstone must not be damaged, worn, consecrated, or set into a ring or ornament. Exchanges are allowed for higher-quality stones, but cancellations are not permitted. We highly recommend an astrological consultation before purchasing any gemstones. This policy is not applicable for International Clients out of India.
