Important Notes:

  1. Strict Rules and Expectations:
    At Rudraalaya.com, whether on-premises or in an online job mode, we expect our employees to adhere to strict rules. Any deviation from these rules will not be tolerated.
  2. Criminal Records:
    You should have no criminal record, as your data may be shared for Police Verification.
  3. Document Verification:
    You must have valid mark sheets and degrees for both softcopy and manual verification by HR. Your last salary slip, internship letter, college leaving certificate, and character certificate are mandatory for issuing an offer letter or contract agreement.
  4. Prohibited Items:
    The following items are strictly prohibited on our premises: alcoholic substances, drugs, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco products, pan masala, chewing gum, and non-vegetarian foods. This is because religious activities are performed according to Hindu Vedic Tradition.

Before applying, please understand that we are a traditional Hindu organisation dedicated to the teachings of Dharma, Religious Products, and Vedic Astrological Consultations. We conduct our business with the utmost responsibility towards ethics, human values, trust, and respect for the confidentiality of human data. Our goal is to support human life in achieving success, prosperity, and happiness, leading to a content and fruitful life. While we educate others, we also aim to incorporate these values into our hiring process to ensure that we recruit the best people to serve our customers.

Hiring Preferences:

  • We may give preference to candidates from Hindu families who still follow Vedic Pooja Traditions and Ethos at home, as they may be more easily trained to manage our business.
  • However, individuals from other communities who have experience in these aspects are welcome to apply. If your profile does not fit our domain, you may not be shortlisted as a full-time employee, but you may be considered for contractual roles.
  • We are an Indian startup family business and respect and value every religion. We prioritize talent, education, and honesty over any particular category.

Work Culture and Shifts:

  • We have a 7-day working culture. Employees may be required to work on a shift basis, covering Indian, UAE, US, UK, and Australian time zones.
  • Employees may be asked to work 6 days a week, with their day off scheduled on an odd day (like Monday or Tuesday), and they may be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays due to higher client meetings or traffic.
  • The Client Servicing team will have two shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST and 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
  • The Product and Tech Teams may be asked to switch between different country times if required. However, their default time will be 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, 6 days a week. IT roles may work remotely twice a month.

Social Media Restrictions for Consultants, Employees, Interns, and Contractors:

  1. No Direct Solicitation:
    All client interactions must be conducted exclusively through the Rudraalaya platform’s official email and shared office IP telephony. All calls/meetings are recorded for quality, training, and audit purposes.
  2. Confidentiality and Privacy:
    Consultants, employees, interns, and contractors must not share any client details on social media or any other public forum. Breaching this confidentiality will result in immediate termination.
  3. No Unauthorized Promotions:
    Consultants, employees, interns, and contractors must not promote or advertise their employment or association on social media without prior authorization. They are allowed to update their designations and work profiles on LinkedIn and SMO profiles but must refrain from making any biased comments or posting derogatory content about our employees, offices, products, or services.
  4. Ethical Conduct:
    Consultants, employees, interns, and contractors must adhere to ethical standards on social media. This includes avoiding foul language, derogatory remarks, or any negative communication about our platform, its employees, or other consultants.
  5. No Substance Abuse or Unethical Behavior:
    Posting or endorsing content related to non-vegetarian food, alcohol, drugs, adult material, hate speech, etc., is strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate review and possible suspension.
  6. No Malicious Allegations:
    Making malicious allegations or defamatory statements about Rudraalaya or Its Foundation, its employees, directors, or associated consultants is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  7. Professional Conduct:
    Consultants, employees, interns, and contractors must maintain professionalism in all social media interactions. Any communication that reflects poorly on their professionalism or on the Rudraalaya Foundation will be subject to review and disciplinary action.
  8. Reporting and Compliance:
    Any violations of these social media restrictions should be reported immediately to the Rudraalaya Foundation. Non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination of your association with our platform.
  9. Review and Audits:
    Rudraalaya Foundation reserves the right to periodically review social media activity to ensure compliance with these restrictions. Consultants must cooperate with any such reviews or audits.
  10. Acknowledgement:
    By accepting these social media restrictions, consultants, employees, interns, and contractors agree to abide by all guidelines outlined above. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

Organization Benefits and Offers:

1. Discounts:

  • 10%-15% discount on select items from the website, applicable on all items collectively on a minimum order value of ₹10,000 in Nepali Rudraksha for self-use.
  • A minimum 15% discount on all brass articles for self-use.
  • For orders exceeding 100 items per year, a flat 10% discount rate will be applicable for all consultants, employees, interns, and contractors.

2. Referral Fees:

  • 2% referral fees on consultations and selling any products to a newly registered client on our platform at Rudraalaya.com within 90 days of receiving your consultation and astrological report. This applies to products such as Nepali Rudraksha, Brass Idols, Gemstones, Matchmaking, and Marriage services.
  • The 2% referral cash incentive is only payable on orders or goods valued at a minimum of ₹15,000 INR ($198) within 90 days of specific consultations.
  • If a client returns within 180 days and requests re-consultation, another 2% will be released on every new sale.
  • All such payments will be released as Quarterly Incentives within a 30-45 day calculation period.

3. Incentives and Bonuses:

  • Spot incentives and yearly bonuses are based on performance, communication, following quality parameters due diligence, and moral conduct.
  • The Best Employees, Contractors, and Consultants of the year will receive additional rewards, a family dinner with our Founders and HODs, and surprise Gift Hampers or Cash rewards.

4. Office Amenities:

  • In offices with 50+ staff, there will be a recreation area, IDEATION Centers, coffee and snacks vending machines, a medical room, a nap room, and gym facilities. Efforts will be made to arrange a full-service kitchen with high hygiene standards.
  • Employees are entitled to 12 days of mandatory leave, including 5 days for family events and holidays, and 6 sick leaves per year. Paternity leave of 10 days is available for expecting fathers, with the possibility of working from home during this period. This policy may vary during the 6-month probation period.

5. Annual Events:

  • One in-station 2-day event and one outstation event of 2-3 days are allowed for a batch size of 20-40 people max every 15 months, based on the management’s staff welfare budget and annual revenue growth vis a vis profitability matrix.

  • Peer Support System:
    Our network will provide support in learning, education, skill development, and professional growth opportunities. This includes learning Astrological, Numerology, and Reiki Healing practices to build your professional certification and grow within the organization.
