This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed. 2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Information

All products on our platform, including spiritual items like Nepali Rudraksha beads, Gemstones, Yantras, brass / bronze idols, and Pooja samagri, are described with the highest level of accuracy. However, variations in dimensions, weight, or colour may occur due to the handmade and natural characteristics of some items like antras, brass / bronze idols, and Pooja samagri . We cannot guarantee the exactness of all product descriptions such as  Nepali Rudraksha beads, Gemstones and slight variations may be present as these are Natural products either grown on trees (Rudraksha) and Natural Gemstones found inside the mines which are thousands of year old.

2.2 Custom Orders

Some products are custom-made, such as personalized Yantras, Shivlingam, Shree yantram made of pure gold, silver or astadhatu or consecrated items like Sampoorna Siddha mala (1 to 14 Mukhi Neplai Rudraksha Siddhamala). For these items, specific terms regarding such as Pre-Booking Services, customization, lead times to develop or manufacture, GST billing and in hand personalised delivery apply with 95% advance payments hence cancellation of all these products after order is not possible and if a prebooking amount is put up in case of cancellation that would be forfeited to hold the valuable product for long with amount of time and money invested. Custom orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of these products and organisation time consumption with huge volume of money blocked in such deals.

2.3 Consecrated Items

Consecrated items (e.g., consecrated Yantras, Rudrakshas) hold spiritual significance and are non-returnable once used or activated. Once purchased and activated through ritual or use, these items cannot be exchanged or returned to maintain their spiritual integrity.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, multiple orders of product descriptions, or sudden change in pricing. In such cases, you will be notified, and refunds or order adjustments with another product will be processed based on client understanding.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If an error occurs in the pricing, we will inform you, and you may either proceed with the adjusted price or cancel the order.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. We do not store any payment information.

3.4 International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Shipping Timeframes

Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues especially for international shipping.

4.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order. Free shipping is not available and insurance is mandatory for almost every product.

4.4 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped via Shiprocket and our Portal.

4.5 Delayed or Lost Packages

In case of delays or lost packages, we will assist in contacting the carrier. If your package is insured, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after investigation.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are available for the Gemstones category only if initiated within 4 days of purchase. The gemstone must not be damaged, worn, or consecrated, and it cannot have been set into a ring or ornament. Gemstones can be exchanged for a higher-quality stones, but purchases cannot be cancelled. We highly recommend an astrological consultation before purchasing any gemstones.

5.2 Return Process

To return an item, contact us at support@rudraalaya.com with order details. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided. Customers bear the cost of return shipping only for the Mercury Products if the item is damaged in shipping. Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery in their original packaging.

5.3 Damaged or Defective Mercury Products

If you receive damaged or defective mercury (Parad) products (e.g., Parad Shivalingams, Parad Shree Yantras, Nandi Figurines), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. A replacement or refund will be processed based on your preference. Damaged mercury products must be insured to qualify for exchange.

5.4 Mercury Products Shipping Restrictions

Mercury products face shipping restrictions due to international regulations. If we encounter issues with shipping to your location, a refund will be processed within 10-15 working days. Mercury products are fragile, and we are not responsible for any damage unless the product was insured during shipping.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.6 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. After the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
