1. Preparation of the Space:

Arrange all the materials in a Pooja plate.
Clean and cleanse the gemstone with a dry cloth before beginning the ritual as shared above.

2. Invoke the Divine:

Light a lamp or diya and burn incense or camphor.
Meditate for a few minutes to calm your mind and focus on the ritual.

3. Purification with Water:

Hold the gemstone in your right hand and pour clean water over it while chanting a purification mantra like “Om Apavitrah Pavitro Va Sarvavastham Gatoapi Va.” ( “ॐ अपवित्रः पवित्रो वा सर्वावस्थां गतोऽपि वा” )
Wash the gemstone thoroughly with water, visualizing the cleansing of all impurities and negative energies.

4. Milk Abhishekam:

Next, pour milk over the gemstone, symbolizing purification. While doing this, chant the gemstone’s associated mantra

9. Final Purification with Water:

Rinse the gemstone once again with clean water to remove any remaining milk, honey, curd, or ghee.
